Kon was confused. Not that didn't happen a lot with Tim, but now, adding another Robin into the mix plus a body swap, it made things confusing, to say the least. Just for safety, while he waited for back up, Kon used his TTK to hold both Robins in place.
How was he to believe who was who? Usually Tim was calm, but this Robin seemed to pull calm off as well. It was probably some Bat training that Kon would not want to know about. Kon crossed his arms unhappily, coming to a conclusion of how to solve this issue.
“Who is one of my genetic donors?” he asked, hoping the other Robin had not somehow gotten a hold of the information only he and Tim share, with the exception of the Cadmus scientists and the donor himself.
“Superman,” Tim-Robin stated.
“...Lex Luthor,” the other Robin whispered, only loud enough for Kon's super-hearing to hear.
Kon let out a breath of relief, though hearing the Luthor's name made him tense up inside, and he let his aura's grip let go of Tim who was in the other Robin's body. “So, there really has been a body swap,” he started, as Tim rubbed not-Robin's wrists, and Kon gestured at not-Robin in Tim's . “What are we going to do with him?”
The not-Robin in Tim's body rolled his eyes. “How about letting me go?”
Kon snorted. “You just tried to kill my best friend. I don't think so.”
Not-Tim snarled. “Wouldn't you be pissed if you'd been replaced?” he growled before chuckling. “Oh yeah, you'd never understand that concept, would you? You're just a two-bit copy. At least my replacement seems competent.”
Tim coughed. “A back-handed compliment? You know, we could co-exist, really,” Tim attempted. “You don't want to be Robin anymore, that much is obvious. Why not join the Titans?”
Not-Tim shook his head vehemently, trying to get up, but he was still held down by Kon's TTK. “Why should I? I saw that damn Hall of Fallen Titans. I'm not in there. None of the Titans fucking cared!”
Kon swallowed as he watching the two Robins eye each other; he had no idea what the other Robin was talking about, but he figured he would learn something if he listened. “Your memorial is in the 'cave...” Tim said quietly in the voice that was not his own, one that sounded odd when words were somber. “He wanted it that way.”
Another scowl marred Tim's face as not-Robin frowned. “I don't believe that for a second,” he hissed as Kon remembered the time just before Young Justice formed, and he and Bart had been in the Batcave with Robin.
“There is a memorial,” Kon spoke up, remembering how angry Tim had gotten when Bart had asked about. “I've seen it.”
Tim rolled not-Robin's eyes behind the mask as Kon's words go ignored by both Robins. “It's true, whether you believe it or not. If you had bothered to do research-”
“I did research!” not-Robin interjected angrily. “And you know what I kept finding? Joker escapes from Arkham. Joker kills victims. Joker shoots the Commissioner's daughter and leaves her paralyzed from the waist down! If that's what he did to remember me, I'd rather he not!”
Kon saw Tim visibly twitch at the onslaught words. “If he would have killed the Joker, Batman would no longer exist. He would have become what he fought against,” Tim said softly, looking down at not-Robin sadly.
Not-Robin looked away. “That's not good enough,” he said, Tim's voice hitching as he tried to get out of the TTK's grip. “It's not good enough!”
Kon held tighter with his TTK. “It'll never be good enough,” Tim spoke up. “He didn't save you. He couldn't save you. Killing the Joker was not going to change that.”
Not-Tim continued to struggle. “He could have saved Babs!” he shouted. “I don't care that he didn't save me; I've never blamed him for that! He-”
“Stop whining!” Kon shouted, interrupting Not-Tim. “I have no idea what's going on, but from what I get, you died, but instead of being glad you're fucking alive, you're just going to bitch about things that can't be changed? Tim, he's not really a Robin, is he?”
Tim just stared at Kon for a moment, not his eyes widened behind the domino mask as not-Robin struggled more. “You know nothing, damn you!” he snarled, struggling harder. “I was Robin! I was Robin before this kid knew how to fight!”
“Kon, don't antagonize him,” Tim said unhappily in the deep voice that was not his own before turning to not-Robin. “You're right. Kon speaks without thinking sometimes, but some of what he said was true. You're alive. Others aren't so lucky.”
Kon winced, knowing Tim was speaking of his father and, more specifically, his girlfriend, who had been Robin too. “I don't know if it came up when you were looking into my life, but there was another Robin,” Tim spoke up before not-Tim could say anything. “She was not so lucky as Nightwing or me. Black Mask tortured her, but she never compromised our identities. She died, like you, but unlike you, she's still dead. Be grateful you have a second chance.”
Not-Tim looked away for a moment, stopping his struggle against his bonds. “How did he handle another dead Robin?” he asked quietly.
Tim bit his lip. “Better than he handled your death, but only because he still had a Robin,” Tim answered. “She doesn't have a memorial.”
Not-Tim's head snapped up. “Why not?”
The scowl Tim made on the face that was not his seemed to fit the face. “He won't tell me,” he grumbled before making eye contact with not-Tim. “Jason, please, can we have a truce? I don't want to fight you.”
Jason sighed before glancing up at Kon. “All right, fine,” he stated almost grudgingly, “but can you call off the clone?”
Kon flinched slightly; he was not just a clone. “Kon, let him go,” Tim ordered in Jason's voice.
Kon reluctantly let his TTK hold on Jason down. Jason glared with Tim's eyes for a moment before standing. He walked towards Tim, holding a hand begrudgingly. Tim took the hand and shook it with a grin. Jason made a sour look on Tim's face.
“Stopping grinning with my face, kid,” Jason said gruffly, and Tim grinned wider in spite.
Kon hid a laugh. “You know, Jason, that scowl on Tim's face looks so silly. At least Tim smiling is making your mug look better,” Kon said blithely, which only made Jason scowl more.
Tim coughed. “Kon, if he keeps scowling because of you, it'll be permanent,” Tim stated, sounding serious, though Kon knew he was not which made him laugh.
Jason rolled his eyes behind Tim's mask. “Can we get this fixed now? And preferably not involve Batman.”
Tim frowned. “I guess we can ask Raven for help instead of Zatanna...” he conceded.
“We'll have to wait for her to wake up first,” Kon stated, sending a glare Jason's way. “Before I found you guys fighting here, I noticed half the Titans knocked out on the way here.”
Tim gave Jason a disapproving look, which did not work as well with Jason's countenance. “I knocked out Beast Boy and Cyborg, and I gassed Raven, so she would sleep through this. The rest of your Titans left for the weekend,” Jason paused. “I still don't know what the clone was still doing around.”
“I had to talk to Tim...about, something,” Kon muttered.
Jason snickered. “Ah, this is one of those infamous Titans 'sleepovers' I heard about but never saw since Dick was being secretive about his Titans conquests other than Kory,” Jason said knowingly.
“What...?” Kon asked, confused as Tim covered not his face with not his hand.
“Jason, shut up. Titans orgies were just a myth.” Tim paused as Kon stared at him incredulously. “Though, I can concede that there is a high possibility Nightwing was with at least half of Titans at some point.”
Kon's jaw slacked. “Waaaait a second! Titan orgies? Tim, you guys are holding out on me?”
Tim groaned while Jason laughed, putting an arm around Kon's shoulder. “If I were a Titan, I wouldn't hold out on you, Superboy.” Jason paused as a grin plastered itself on Tim's face lewdly. “Actually, I am a Titan in this body. Wanna fuck?”
Kon choked as he pulled away from Jason, knocking into Tim. Kon was going to pretend hearing those words come from Tim's mouth wasn't a complete turn-on since Jason was decisively not Tim. Jason continued to grin with Tim's mouth, so Kon looked at Tim in Jason's body pleadingly. Tim tried not to laugh.
Seeing that Kon was avoiding looking at him, Jason walked around him, and wrapped himself around Tim, mouth at his own ear. “Well, if Superboy's not up for it, I'm sure you are. My body's always up for a challenge,” Jason whispered, licking the shell of his ear, making Tim shudder.
“The hell, are you horny at the slightest provocation?” Tim growled, Jason's voice better suited for the growl than his own.
Jason chuckled as Kon watched stupidly, jaw slacked. “No, but I think I know my body pretty damn well,” Jason said with another lick. “Wanna find out how well, baby bird?”
Tim swallowed hard as Kon was knocked out of his stupor. “Hey! Stop molesting Tim!” Kon shouted loudly then hoped none of the other Titans had woken up yet.
Jason shrugged as he continued, hands roaming his own body. “Technically, I'm molesting myself. No crime in that,” Jason said lightly as his hand grabbed his own crotch, making Tim gasp. “You know, Superboy, if you're so jealous, you can join us.”
“Don't I get a say in this?” Tim squeaked in Jason's voice as Jason's continued to roam across his body.
“It is my body, Timmy,” Jason stated with a perverse grin. “Mine to do what I want with, and really, if we worked together, we could subdue Superboy and bring him to bed with us.”
Kon's eyes widened. “What?” he asked dumbly as Tim seemed to be taking the idea into consideration. “Tim...?”
Tim looked up at him with Jason's white-out lenses up, eyes sparkling with mischief. “We have to wait for Raven to wake up anyway, and since we should stay in the Tower...” Tim rationalized as Jason grinned in victory.
“To Tim's room!” Jason announced, grabbing both Kon and Tim as he moved.
Kon glanced at Tim, to see if he really thought this was a good idea and was relieved to see Tim truly smile, even if it was not his smile or face.
