Cissie wasn't even part of Young Justice anymore; why did she still get dragged into their adventures? Baseball in space and now time travel shenanigans? Well, at least they weren't in a lot of trouble. Nope, this time they were just kind of hanging out with the original fab five Teen Titans.
Tim went off with the original Robin like a complete cult worshiper. Cassie went flying with the original Wonder Girl. Bart challenged the first Kid Flash to a race while Kon said he could beat them both. Greta was talking to Aqualad quietly away from everyone else.
And that left Cissie alone with Speedy, who wouldn't stop flirting with her. "Lemme show you my trick arrows."
Cissie stared at him. "As long as that's not a euphemism for something other than nocking some arrows together, I'm in," she replied warily.
Speedy laughed. "Hey, I didn't sound that suggestive, but 'nocking arrows' kinda does."
"No, it-" she cut herself off with a wince. "It kinda does, doesn't it?"
"Yup!" Speedy replied with a grin. "I won't hold it against ya. Not flirting with me is impossible."
Cissie snorted. "Oh? And I thought that was your Robin's M.O.," she teased.
Speedy made a face. "Babe, you're killing me here," he muttered.
"Well, then how about we shoot some arrows at some targets, so you can maybe redeem yourself," Cissie offered, grinning.
"All right, you're on, Arrowette!" he exclaimed with a grin of his own before they headed to the shooting range.
