Really, all of her songs can be added to this list almost. Angel has always been the saddest of her songs for me. My soap opera had it playing while one of the chicks had a still-born baby, so the song got sadder still. ;-;

While some of your overall musical choices clash with mine, I agree ten thousand-fold on Iris and When She Loved Me. And I raise you Jason Robert Brown's "Still Hurting" from The Last Five Years, as well as "Without You" from RENT (to me, the most applicable and depressing song ever). I think I need to turn this into a meme--a 20 Sad Songs Meme, or something. Yay!

Which clash? For serious, all my music is made of random, for I have over 5000 songs. >>;; I never saw RENT, so I only have/heard Seasons of Love. I was trying to keep musical and such because well, the whole Les Miserables soundtrack would belong here, pretty much.
