WTF, Earth-3, no.

shinyglorchanI sooo do not want Owlman II/Talon II on the basis that they are the only way I'd be okay with any Earth's version of the Batman/Robin pairing since it would actually be Jason Todd/Tim Drake for Earth-3. Blech, I do not want dammit.
Also, do not want to write Earth-15 pairings. ...okay, so I am writing it RIGHT now, but SO not the point. That's just because Jason Todd is my fandom bicycle! >>;; He likes it, promise. He's a HAPPY Batman. I know, foreign concept, but dammit, he will be HAPPY!
Speaking of Batman, it makes me think of the Battle for the Cowl and reasons why each Robin could win (not counting Steph since she can't exactly be BatMAN, and Batwoman is already taken). Tim, because his overall attitude and mind works like Bruce's, and I'm sure his stalker tendencies will help as Batman, <<;;. Jason, because of all the other Earths where he IS Batman; there must be a reason for it, even though I really can't see it. Dick, is obvious since he's the first Robin and they keep pushing him to be angstier. Bah.
Reasons none of them should be Batman: Tim, his life is fucked up enough, and he does NOT need to close himself off to everyone ever like Batman did. Jason, well, honey, he kinda kills people, and that doesn't keep to the Bat code; no way any of the other Bats (or other heroes, for that matter) would allow it to happen. Dick, has enough angst and such, and really, Batman is not his style; he may not be showing it right now, but Dickie likes having fun and having friends.
The answer to this? Bring Bruce back already since they SO will, OR just not have a Batman. I mean, Batman's existence may have been more trouble than good, really since almost every Gotham baddie/crazy became that way, inadvertently, because of the existence of Batman. No need to make more baddies; Gotham is kinda fucked as it is.
