shinyglorchanI just read through Emperor Joker, and oh god, why does it make me want Supes/Bats? I don't want to slash 'em, but dammit, they keep shouting how they'd do anything for each other (or at least Supes would, I mean really? Taking away Bats' nightmares? Oh man). I will not read Supes/Bats fic. I will not want to like either them... >>;;
On another note, omg dead Robins in that comic! ;-;! And Jason had a sign around his neck that said 'Why didn't anyone call in to save me?' *wibbles* Um, um, um, I have an excuse! I may have only just been conceived at that point and really had no access from the womb, if I even existed yet... ;-;! And Joker called Jason the naught Robin, and it was creepy 'cause after that he told the Nightwing corpse he preferred him in the little green shorts. *whimpers*
Uh, Jason!muse has come around, but he's mostly sulking in a corner because I just read that comic. I think he'll come around as I research for a possible character manifesto I wanna write for him. Might as well take my obsession all the way, ne? >>;;
Side note: Went through some old New Teen Titans issues, looking for bits of pre-Crisis Jason I told was there, then I stumbled upon Danny Chase. I didn't really read him, but I remember reading at an earlier date, him making a tasteless remark about Jason's death in front of Dick. I have no idea how Danny dies, but when I read it, I may very well revel in it, the annoying little snot. *grumbles*

Date: 2009-03-04 05:30 am (UTC)I seriously don't believe that 1-900 thing really was accurate. I've heard so many stories. A guy setting up system to call over and over for Jason to die. Marvel workers calling to save Jason since they knew DC didn't have a contingency plan (ha, how dare they own Batman if they don't have contingency plans!) if the vote went in Jason's favor... DC people calling to counteract the Marvel sabotage. There were a few more rumors I heard, but really? That number thing had to be fixed.
