He had just gotten his daughter back from her crazy mother, and though he's never admit it out loud, he needed help with Lian, at least until the injuries Cheshire gave him healed up properly. Luckily, Roy hadn't even had to ask Dick to come over and help with Lian.

Dick was a natural with her, and it made Roy smile. When Dick put her to sleep, he plopped onto the couch next to him and asked him how he felt. Roy knew he meant physically, but that wasn't what mattered to him right now.

“I feel great. I have my daughter and you here. What else could I possibly need?”
