Growing up ... really isn't as bad as everyone makes it sound. As long as you do it on your own terms. Don't let the world tell you that you have to let go of 'childish' things -- just add 'adult' things to the list. It doesn't have to mean you can't enjoy the things you enjoyed as a kid. I mean, I still love bubble baths, I just happen to like things that smell nicer than Mr. Bubbles now~

I went to bed at 7PM last night. Seriously. And then woke up at 7AM. I had TWELVE HOURS SLEEP. It was insane. But mostly happened because I was really sick.

Yesss. For my 16th I tried to organise a party and no one could come because they all had things to do. It's why I don't want to bother with an 18th (18 is the big birthday for us, because drinking and stuff) but my mother is insisting I have a party.

I usually wake up at noon or 1pm if I go to sleep at 4am. :/ 8 hours is good enough for me. If I oversleep, I'd never wake up. Aww, sick? You okays?

I've had those kind of parties. :/ For most of middle school I didn't have friends, so it kinda sucked.

Haha, next year will be when I'm allowed to drink. ...I'm gonna hide from my cousins that want to take me drinking. >>;;

If I go to bed late I usually wake up late, but I have had to behave because I need energy for school. I was sick. I stay sick for two days at most. Because my immune system is amazing and doesnt let me stay sick.

Aww. I don't have many friends now, but it's mostly my fault. It amuses me because last year all the teachers kept telling us that our final year of school would make us all band together to help each other out and like.. the exact opposite has happened :/

I am keen for being over 18, mostly because it means I can go to concerts that are restricted to 18+

Curse you! I just want school to be over. It's Friday night so I've decided I don't have to do school work but I know I'll have to do it tomorrow.. My immune system is so amazing. I'm learning all about the immune system in Biology at the moment, diseases are icky.

Yeah, of my like, six friends, three don't got to my school and they are the ones I think I will actually remain friends with.

I am kind of looking forward to voting and being able to gamble and everything else that requires me to be 18. Like, um, stay at a hotel on my own... and stuff

Yahhuh. We go from grade 0-6 then 7-12 and the final year is the hardest and only one that counts.

Most of my friends are all my age, just some of them aren't at my school. Yay for internet friends. Srs. I met my best friend on the internet.

I will have to vote once I turn 18. Even in local elections and shit like that. But still.

I more meant the amount of days spent in school per school year. We go Late August/Early September to Early/Mid-June for K-12. How long do your school years run?

My friends are only a year or two younger than me. In the grand scheme of things, that's nothing. Haha, I met best friend at camp while I played Pokemon on my game boy on the van back from a trip. XD

Oh wow. I knew lots of other countries have different school months. Actually, I think American school days add up to a lot less than everyone else's. :/ I wouldn't want more schooling, but hell, we breed idiots here. Our schools suck.

Illegal? Really? That's kinda terrible. You should have a choice in the matter. Makes the politicians work harder because not only do they have to work the people who can vote to vote for them, they have to work the people who can vote who don't really feel the need to use it.

Yeah. It because you guys get a really long holiday over summer. We get a 6 week long summer and that's including christmas. But you don't get a long holiday over christmas. I think a lot of Australia is full of idiots too.

I miss pokemon. I really want my gameboy back so I can play it again. I never got up to the Elite Four.

Yeah. I think we get fined or something if we don't vote. I don't know whether it's good or not. I can understand the arguments for both sides.
