Mia wasn't exactly sure how she and Roy got to wherever they were, but they both knew it wasn't their Earth. It couldn't be, since they were in the Bludhaven, and Bludhaven blew up about two years ago. At least they had their costumes, weapons, and a full moon shining down on them.
“Hey, you! You guys in the red with arrows!” someone shouted from above them, making them look up.
Roy and Mia jumped out of the way when a tumble of purple came right at them and landed where they stood. The purple blob stood up, becoming the familiar shape of the Spoiler. “I was talking to you guys!” she announced, putting her hands on her hips.
Mia made a face. “You almost landed on us!”
Steph made a face under her mask, rubbing the back of her head. “Sorry. I'm not too good with aiming my landings...” she trailed off looking at Roy then grinning under her mask. “Oh, I've never seen you around. What do they call you, cutie?”
Mia snorted, hiding a laugh as Roy shot her a small glare before answering Steph. “I'm Red Arrow, and this is Speedy,” he answered. “You're Spoiler, right?”
Steph kept grinning. “Oh, you've heard of me?” she asked happily. “I guess hanging around Nightwing and Flamebird has really paid off!”
“You know Nightwing?” Mia asked as she halted her laughter.
Roy scrunched up his face. “Flamebird? She's still a hero around here?”
“Huh?” Steph said blinking. “No, Flamebird is a guy.”
It was Roy's turn to blink. “What?”
“He's a guy,” Steph repeated. “I would know. We knew each other as kids.”
“Who's this guy to Nightwing then?” Roy asked when he got over he confusion.
Steph tilted her head. “What's it to you?” she asked seriously.
“Red here knows Nightwing, but hasn't talked to him in a while,” Mia cut in, answering for Roy.
“Oh?” she questioned, crossing her arms. “Tell me Nightwing's name, then.”
Roy paused, glancing at Mia who didn't know Dick's secret identity, and Roy wasn't even sure if Steph knew either. “I would, but he's probably wouldn't be very happy if I went spreading it around unless I know you know it.”
Mia glanced to Steph, who made a bit of sour face that was nearly visible, even behind the mask. “You have a point,” she grumbled. “Come with me then. I'm sure Nightwing can clear all this up.”
Roy nodded, as did Mia before Steph shot off a grappling hook and swung off into the night. Roy and Mia readied their own arrows with grapple lines attached and followed in suit as the moon shone up above them.
