Talia had saved his life, even though she threw him off a cliff afterwards. She was still the reason he was alive and thinking clearly. She told him his death had not been avenged, so he looked into it to find it was true. The Joker may have been in Arkham for the moment, but after Jason's death, Joker still got away with horrible crimes. Hell, he had even shot Barbara Gordon, Batgirl, and paralyzed her from the waist down.

Once he was done his research, Jason went and found Talia. He ranted and raved at her angrily, which she just sat and listened to. When he was done, he glared at her. Talia was supposed to be the enemy too. Her father was Ra's Al Ghul, so he couldn't understand why she save him. He asked her when he calmed down, and she said to get to her beloved.

Jason growled at that once it dawned on him who she meant. He grabbed her and pulled her into a fierce kiss. If she wanted to use him to get to Bruce, he would let her, but he was going to get something out of it as well. Talia didn't seem to protest to his idea, which made it all the more twisted. She wanted Bruce so badly that she'd fuck his 'son' to get him? Fine with him as long as he got what he wanted in the end.
