He probably shouldn't get as much joy from it as he did, but Dick liked to help Tim into his dress and wig. He even liked to help with make up, making sure every thing's perfect, just like Tim wanted it to be, because if he's going to dress up like a woman for a case, Tim wanted to make sure he looked like a woman.

Tim didn't know, or at least, didn't acknowledge the fact Dick was there for every time Tim had to cross-dress. Maybe Tim hadn't noticed, or maybe he did, but Dick knew Tim noticed the fact Dick was always there for after the undercover mission, to help Tim take off everything Dick had so painstakingly put on him.

That was actually the part Dick liked best, because once all the layers of women's clothing was gone, all was left was Tim, and Tim was the reason Dick was there in the first place.
