Tim thought it was rather ridiculous how Bernard was avoiding him now because of one missed date, and anyway, he had been there, just not as Tim Drake. After a week of avoidance, Tim started to notice Bernard attempting to get into trouble so Robin would save him. Of course, Tim would secretly stop him before Bernard could, but one night, he had to swing down the save Bernard from some muggers.

Once away from the threat, Tim noticed Bernard was snuggling into his chest. A blush rose to Tim's cheeks as he tried to get out of Bernard's grip. It failed spectacularly. “Thanks for saving me again, Robin,” Bernard said, almost seductively.

Before Tim could say something, Bernard pulled him in for a kiss. He didn't struggle because Bernard's grip wasn't going to let up, so Tim just gave in and kissed him. What was the worst that could happen, really?
