So, not going to the interview. I got stressed for nothing, but I don't think I would have gotten there presentable anyway. Mom gave me an out, but she doesn't stay firm on anything, but you DO NOT give me an out. I cling to those. ;-; Ah whatever.

Anyway, this place was essentially door to door knife selling. I'm not cut out for that... Pun, why yes I made one. And you know, I'm on Spring Break. There should be no stress here. Ugh. And I'm calling the art bitch. And she will answer. And we will hang out, and I want some goddamn Steph/Tim porn. ;-;

...and I think I made my Jason!muse cry by giving his Timmy away to a chick. ;-;

I've always been under the impression that those Door to Door sales jobs were scams. My brother-in-law did the whole knife selling thing one summer and I don't think he made any money. You're better off without a job like that.

Agreed. My brother did the d-t-d cookware and a cousin did the knives. It's not a real job at all. If you want a job in sales, go to a car dealership and start out as a lot worker. You'll have semi-regular hours and a steady paycheck while you work your way into a sales job.

You're napping and by the time you wake up, I suspect I'll be asleep as I think I'm coming down with a cold.

Anyway, I'm glad you decided not to go. When you told me what it was I was like 'That is NOT a Gloria-job'. I didn't want to tell you NOT to go because it was your decision but I'm glad you decided to opt out in the end. Besides, door to door sales strike me as dangerous, especially for girls and MOST especially for tiny girls like us. Even canvassing on campaigns they made us go out in pairs. That's not to say we CAN'T do such things, it's more of a 'why court disaster' sort of thing, you know?

On the other hand Jason and Steph fighting over Tim does have it plus points to it, but that's just me.

I almost got roped into a door-to-door perfume sales scam (and yes, they're ALL scams) once, and I was so glad I just walked out of the place and never looked back.
