Holy fuck, Batman! I didn't watch it (gonna watch it now), but Germany like RAPED Australia. When I say raped, I mean RAPED. The game ended 4-0. I'm so glad Italy isn't in that Group. Hell, if USA had been in Australia's place? That rape probably would have been WORSE.

...then again, USA seems to get these lucky goals from when the other team fucks up. Last World Cup, Italy scored on themselves versus USA (Italy still won, duh), and England vs USA this year, the goalie fucked up badly. Actually, haven't seen it, but hell, I posted the lego version of it yesterday. I think that's all that's needed. XD Mom said that's exactly what it looked like when I let her watch it.

Also, daaaaaaamn, Spain. You lost to Switzerland! You were a favorite! Man, the Swiss goalie? Fucking ace, man. He was amazing. And Spain? They had a goal, but it bounced out and never hit the back of the net. Ow. That was some kind of ow. And the goal Switzerland made was fucking amazing.

And South Africa's playing again at 2pm. Gonna watch it then probably make a recap. Are you getting sick of my soccer obsessing yet? XD

Seriously, zee Germans went to TOWN on the poor Socceroos. And that ref seemed to hate them! (Cahill didn't deserve a red card! Maybe a yellow.(Though I hope Portugal gets stuck with that ref in one of their games. I love to bask in Christiano Ronaldo's suffering.)

And I don't know about past years, but the new ball they have this year, the Jubulani or whatever, is apparently really difficult to play with and that's why the goalies keep on losing their grip on the balls and how Germany scored so much- Adidas let them have the ball 6 months ago.

I felt so sorry for Spain (and Torres and his pretty face) because they kept trying but the Swiss defence was pretty good. They left the pitch right after the end of the game, you could see they were upset.

And I'm watching that game right now. Did you see when the ball got that Uruguay guy in the face?

I haven't watched that game yet, but Uruguay just raped South Africa. ...and just this morning I googled 'what happens when the goalie gets red carded?' ;-; I'm sorry, SA, I didn't mean to jinx you!

Also, I hate that Saurez bitch. Whine whine whine, fall fall fall. And he got the goalie the red card! I think these refs might have been the same from the Germany game. >>;; They were bitchy. Cards everywhere, man.

I felt so bad for Spain too! D: I wasn't sure who I was rooting for since we just go for whoever we know people there better (mom's bff comes from Spain, but I have cousins and such in Switzerland).

I'm surprised Germany did so well. You hear about their goalies? One of 'em has bruised ribs and the other offed himself (after a long battle with depression). The one they used wasn't a goalie they came to the qualifiers with. D:

IT'S JUST THE WORST WORLD CUP EVER.

I asked that same question to my dad- I don't understand how you can provoke the goalie enough to cause them to get a red card.

If you think he's bad you should have watched the Portuguese yesterday- they're a bunch of malicious brats. They go down at the drop of a hat and then throw their hands up and look around, as if they're entitled to a free kick every time they trip or something. The refs weren't the same, the one on the German game was Marco Rodriguez.

All the good players are injured! Torres is basically just coming back from recovering from surgery and whatnot, Ledley King might be coming back to England and, just today, I read that the French goalie had gotten injured in training and probably wouldn't be able to play again. I guess the goalies having the worst of the luck makes a little sense since they're literally throwing themselves to the ground every time they try to catch a ball but it's just getting ridiculous.

I am so disappointed. Argentina's playing Korea tomorrow morning, but I'm going out so my dad will have to record it. They're two of the teams that have played somewhat exciting games so hopefully they won't be boring.

And did you here? Watching Brazil's not going to be half as exciting as before because apparently they're doing more rigid football now and abandoning the multiple-goal samba-style. WHAT. WHYWOULDYOUDOTHISIDON'TUNDERSTAND. That's, like, the only reason most people watch Brazil games for.

I tried to watch the Germany vs. Australia game, but if I know the outcome, I can't quite get into it as much. :/ It's weird.

I don't keep up with soccer outside the World Cup, and last time I only watched for Italy. >>;; It's hard to keep up here! *kicks the US for sucking* And watching on the computer gets on my nerves a bit. :/
