So, in a few days my DCU Remix fic is due. I haven't started it yet, and it's my challenge. >>;; Anyone else in the same boat as me, and if so, shall I push back the date? >>;;

EDIT: "I've received some requests for extensions on the DCU Remix challenge, and because I'm so nice, I've decided to push the date back a few weeks." Why didn't I think of this before? >>;;

...and there's at least three of us that need the extension, so due date is August 31st. If you're done before that, tell me. If we all finish early, I'll allow posting before the due date. >>;;

I'm about halfway through mine. I know where I'm going, I was just derailed by a heat wave that left me in no mood to write. :p

I may be pushing the "remix" definition a tiny bit, expanding the context of the original story and doing some follow-up, plus adding a character, but I don't think my recipient will mind. :D

Maybe it's actually part of a super sneaky Tim-trick plan! She's so bad at being sneaky, Tim will now be forced to teach her to be sneaky because it hurts his brain so much she's not sneaky! In the end, she'll have out sneakied the sneaker because she snuck him into spending time with her teaching her to be sneaky!

Considering how worried I was about finishing mine I did actually finish it early. Of course now I'm going to go dig it up out of paranoid worry that it's not actually done, and I just forgot about it. Probably just as well, it'll help me cut down on all the embarrassing typos and grammar errors I never find until after I've posted.

Just FYI, I finished mine today. It's posted on my journal to private, under lock and key, so I'll just repost it when the time comes around. But I figured I'd tell you that you can cross me off the list of people to worry about. ;)
