shinyglorchanBek and I decree (yup, we're talking again, <3) that Tim has a pattern of ladies wanting him in handcuffs. Starts with that time he had to save Steph who was handcuffed to a bed (then promptly hit on him), then Rose being naked with handcuffs in Tim's bed in Teen Titans OYL, and now, Pru hitting on him with a mention of handcuffing to a headboard in Road Home: Red Robin.
