What if the government could tax each breath you take? Who would give up and stop breathing? Who would stop sports because it made them breath harder? Who would give up sex because of all the heavy breathing? Stop breathing in protest, as martyrs for a cause? ...yeah, this is a random hypothetical gone out of control... <<;;
